At the time of check-out and after having inspected the apartment, this amount will be unblocked within a maximum period of 24 hours.Kindly be informed that access to Albamar's area and inside the appartment is strictly restricted to guests staying in Albamar Apartaments.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Once a reservation has been made, the guest will receive an email 30 days before arrival with a link to make the down payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be canceled.If there are less than 30 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive an email to make the payment using the link, immediately after the reservation has been made. If payment has not been made within 24 hours, the booking will be canceled.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
