Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.For reservations of 30 nights or more, a mid-term rental agreement must be signed.Guests must sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
