It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
