A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and EUR 40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.-Any incident that is caused by the guest and requires support, outside of in-person work hours from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person providing assistance. -Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed for resting, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window.
