Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals.Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
