In case of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 applies during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Guests must collect new keys from our office. On departure day, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must dispose of all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
