The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIn case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests are required to dispose of it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
