The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIf keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours.New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; Otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
