The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIn case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it themselves; otherwise, a €150 charge will be applied for waste management.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
