The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesPlease note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property.
