The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIf keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of these hours.Guests are required to collect their key from our office. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.On the day of check-out, guests must not leave any garbage in the property. All waste must be removed; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living room. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
