Appart Duplex Roses Plage, Roses

Appart Duplex Roses Plage is a duplex apartment in Roses, Spain, set on Carrer Arquitecte Gaudí, Étage 3, appartement B, and it suits travellers who want space without giving up the beach area. With a guest rating of 9.7/10 from a small set of reviews, the stay is being praised for the calm feel and the way the layout works for day-to-day living. The apartment is air-conditioned and designed for quieter nights thanks to soundproofing, which matters in a coastal town where evenings can get busy. A private terrace adds another practical bonus, giving you a place to linger outdoors between beach trips.

The duplex format is particularly handy for families or small groups: you get separation between sleeping areas and the main living space, so mornings and downtime don’t have to revolve around one shared room. Reviews also point to smooth arrival and departure, with private check-in/check-out and express services that help you keep your schedule. An elevator in the building makes access easier, and the non-smoking policy supports a fresher indoor environment.

For sightseeing, you’re within about 1 km of Platja de la Punta and Platja La Nova, so you can choose between two beach moods without a long commute. Castell de la Trinitat is roughly 2 km away for history and views, while the Aquarium de Roses is also around 2 km, making it a straightforward outing for families.
