The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of £150 will be applied for waste management.Please note that in case of lost keys or keys left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
