The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesLoss of keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a charge of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours.In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. Guests will receive check-in instructions before arrival.On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
