We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in the form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
