El edificio Presidente se encuentra en la zona alta de la urbanización a tan solo 700 metros del Telesilla Virgen de las Nieves (10 minutos a pie), lo que permite llegar andando hasta la silla para comenzar la jornada de esquí.Incluso la vuelta a casa se puede realizar esquiando hasta el Parking Los Peñones (justo detrás del Edificio Presidente) a través de la pista El Águila y La Directa (Revisar plano de pistas para más detalle)https://sierranevada.es/es/invierno/en-pistas/zonas-y-circuitos/plano-de-pistas/TRANSPORTE HASTA PRADOLLANO· MINIBÚS. Al lado del edificio se encuentra una parada de autobús de linea que recorre toda la urbanización desde primera hora de la mañana.
