Free street parking is available a few yards from the house.Two shower towels are provided per person, in addition to a jacuzzi towel, hand towels, bath mats, etc. For stays longer than one week, towels and sheets will be changed upon request. A washing machine and dryer are also available at the property.It is important to note regarding the jacuzzi water: with daily use and multiple people, the water level may decrease. For proper functioning, please read the instructions provided on the terrace. The hot tub has a maximum temperature of 40º and cannot be turned up any higher.There is one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom is complete and spacious with a shower, the toilet is on the terrace, it is smaller but has a WC, washbasin and washing machine.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
