Free street parking is available a few yards from the house.Two shower towels are provided per person, in addition to a jacuzzi towel, hand towels, bath mats, etc. For stays longer than one week, towels and sheets will be changed upon request. For proper functioning, please read the instructions provided on the terrace. The hot tub has a maximum temperature of 40º and cannot be turned up any higher.There is one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom is complete and spacious with a shower, the toilet is on the terrace, it is smaller but has a WC, washbasin and washing machine.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
