Free street parking is available a few yards from the house.Two shower towels are provided per person, in addition to a jacuzzi towel, hand towels, bath mats, etc. For stays longer than one week, towels and sheets will be changed upon request. A washing machine and dryer are also available at the property.It is important to note regarding the jacuzzi water: with daily use and multiple people, the water level may decrease. For proper functioning, please read the instructions provided on the terrace. The hot tub has a maximum temperature of 40º and cannot be turned up any higher.There is one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom is complete and spacious with a shower, the toilet is on the terrace, it is smaller but has a WC, washbasin and washing machine.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
