Casa Les Preses is a beautiful holiday home located in the small village of Les Preses in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. The house is situated in a quiet street just off the main square and is within walking distance of all the amenities the village has to offer. The house itself is a traditional Catalan stone built house that has been completely refurbished to a high standard. It sleeps up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. The living accommodation is spacious and airy and comprises of a large lounge/dining room with a wood burning stove and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a small study and a laundry room. Outside there is a private garden with a swimming pool and a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a barbecue and a small table tennis table. Casa Les Preses is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Catalan countryside, yet it is only a short drive from the bustling city of Girona and the beaches of the Costa Brava.
