CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS- Before check-in, guests must send a valid ID (photo or scan) for all guests, as we are legally required to register your stay with the tourist office.- The tourist tax must be paid immediately at the time of reservation, exclusively by credit card via the provided payment link.- Without paid tourist tax and completed guest identification, staying in the apartment is not permitted.TOURIST TAX / PROPERTY USE TAX NOTICE- The amount shown and charged as “tourist tax” on Booking.com represents a mandatory fee per stay and/or per person.- In certain exceptional cases, this fee may be used exclusively as a property use tax related to accommodations usage.- This setup exists because the tourist tax configuration is defined globally on our Booking.com profile and therefore applies uniformly to all our listings.- The term “tourist tax” is used on Booking.com as a standardized fee category.- Guests acknowledge that this fee is mandatory and nonrefundable, regardless of its allocation.- The applicable charges are always calculated in accordance with the reservation details shown at the time of booking.USE OF THE APARTMENT- The apartment can be used only by checked-in guests.- If a third person is using the apartment, the reservation may be canceled without a refund.- If you are having visitors, the host has to be informed in advance.VIDEO SURVEILLANCE & ENTRY CONTROL- Due to the SelfCheckIns way of doing business, some of our apartments have a security camera in front of the entrance to the apartment, which is used solely to verify the number of people entering the apartment.- The use of the apartment is considered each entry into the apartment, regardless of how many people will sleep there.QUIET HOURS & ENVIRONMENT- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.- It is not allowed to make noise or throw parties.- Please note that noise from neighbors, building activity, or city traffic may occur, and this does not constitute a reason for complaint or refund.PROPERTY CONDITIONS & NATURAL OCCURRENCES- Due to climate and building conditions, the occasional appearance of mold is possible, especially in humid environments.- Although our apartments are regularly cleaned, occasional insects may appear due to the urban environment. This is not grounds for a refund.- All linens are washed before each stay.- In rare cases, minor stains may remain.- Replacement linens will be provided upon request.- This does not qualify for a refund.APARTMENT CARE & DAMAGE- Do not put inappropriate items down the toilet or sink.- Use towels only for personal hygiene.- If there are any stains or damaged areas, you must notify the host and cover the cost of replacement.- Please do not damage the furniture, appliances, and other items in the apartment.- In case of damage, you must notify the host and cover the cost of repairs or replacements.ISSUES DURING STAY- Guests must report any problem they have with the apartment or if they are not fully satisfied during their stay.CLEANING DURING LONG STAYS- In case the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, cleaning is required every 7 days.- Guests are required to pay the cleaning fee for each mandatory cleaning.- The amount is the same as the standard cleaning fee already paid.CHECK-OUT OBLIGATIONS- When checking out, the host is obliged to inspect the apartment in the guest’s presence.- Dishes must be washed before check-out.- Before leaving the apartment, return all keys to the place where you found them.ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT- If necessary, guests must allow access to the apartment to the owner, handyman, employes of the company that manages the apartment, and other authorized people.- Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:- State inspections- Internet operator technicians- Plumbers- Electricians- Handyman for air conditioning, heating, and cooling- Other types of maintenance workers- Cleaning of the apartment- Emergency situationsADDITIONAL FEES FOR CHECK-OUT- Failure to leave the apartment by the official check-out time- Failure to return the keys to the keybox or original location on time- Leaving keys inside the apartment instead of the keybox- Improper disposal of garbage- Leaving the apartment untidy (scattered garbage, unwashed dishes, etc.)- Forgotten personal belongings that require collection or shippingOTHER FEES- Bringing pets into the apartment- Allowing unregistered people to stay overnight- Loss of keys or failure to return keys properly- Disturbing peace and quiet during quiet hours- Organizing gatherings, parties, or hosting unregistered guests- Consumption of illegal substances inside the apartment- Requests for interventions caused by guest negligence or failure to follow instructions- Any intervention required due to guest negligence (including but not limited to key delivery, additional cleaning visits, or replacement of damaged items)- Throwing inappropriate items into toilets or drains causing blockages- Refusing access to authorized people for inspections, repairs, emergencies, or maintenance- Leaving the apartment in an extremely dirty condition requiring special or deep cleaning- Leaving areas requiring chemical or specialized cleaning- Staining walls to the extent that CHECK-IN IF APARTMENT WAS EMPTY THE PREVIOUS NIGHT- Guaranteed from 12:00 PMSUPER EARLY CHECK-IN (LIMITED CLEANING)- Entry possible from 11:00 AM, immediately after previous guests check out- Only partial cleaning is done (bathroom, bed, fresh linen & towels)- Best suited for early arrival and luggage drop-offLATE CHECK-IN- After 11:00 PM, self check-in via photo/video instructions- Please note: no staff assistance is available for unexpected issues at nightIMPORTANT- All early check-in options (except standard check-in) must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.JACUZZI RULES (IF APARTMENT HAS ONE)- The Jacuzzi must be closed after each use- The Jacuzzi should not be set up and cooled below 36 degrees- It is not allowed to put ANYTHING (foam, shampoos, etc.) in the jacuzzi- Be sure to close the Jacuzzi overnight and reduce the temperature to 36 degrees so that it does not turn on due to water heating- The jacuzzi should be tightly closed overnight to avoid excessive moisture- The jacuzzi should be left cleanSEX TOY RULES- Sex toys and the sex toy cabinet are available exclusively upon request and are subject to an additional fee of €100.- If you decide to use sex toys, it is extremely important that you DO NOT return used toys to where you got them, but rather to the drawer under the toy cabinet.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
