What to Expect
You arrive at Résidence Les Arches and settle into a non-smoking room with air conditioning or heating depending on the weather. The area feels like a convenient Cannes base where you can step out and reach the beach at Plage de la Croisette and the Palais des Festivals de Cannes in about a 10–15 minute walk. In the morning, you can keep things easy with a nearby stroll to Marché Forville, then spend the day around the coast before returning to the terrace. However, with only two reviews and a 4/10 rating, the overall stay experience is uncertain and may not match expectations.
Location Intelligence
The location is well-suited for walkable sightseeing: Plage de la Croisette and Palais des Festivals de Cannes are each about 1 km away. Marché Forville is roughly 1.5 km, and Île Sainte-Marguerite is about 3 km, making it practical for day planning.
