During the summer season, reception is open on Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and from Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. During the winter season, reception is open from Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 22:00. As opening hours may vary, guests are kindly advised to contact the residence prior to arrival. Guests arriving outside reception hours must inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and an additional charge.Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (one kitchen towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as all taxes and fees except the tourist tax.For any invoice request, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation.
