The reception is open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, on Friday and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.Rates include accommodations, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (one bath mat and one dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access (up to 5 devices for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes, excluding city tax and handling fees. For any invoice request, please note that the invoicing name must be identical to the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set out in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. A credit card is the only accepted method of payment.The residence features a semi-covered swimming pool of 328 ft², with a depth ranging from 2.5 ft to 4.4 ft, as well as a terrace and solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols, subject to availability. The pool area is open daily from 4 April to 11 November. Please note that the pool will be open but not heated during the Easter holidays. The semi-indoor heated pool is closed from September until mid-November.Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping, according to the number of occupants in the accommodations, are available at an additional cost. Guests may also reserve the exact location of their accommodations for an additional fee by contacting the residence directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
