Should You Book Hotel Notre Dame Auxiliatrice?
Not recommended based on the available guest signal: the hotel has a 4/10 rating from only 1 review, so reliability looks uncertain. It may still be worth considering for very budget-focused travelers who value pet-friendly policies and don’t need much beyond basic access to Lourdes’ main sights.
Best For
- Budget travelers who want a low-star base in Lourdes and can tolerate limited review evidence
- Pet owners traveling with dogs or other pets, since pets are allowed
- Travelers who plan to spend most of their time walking to nearby attractions like the Grotto of Massabielle and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes
- Solo or small-group travelers who prefer basic services like free WiFi and luggage storage rather than higher-end amenities
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who strongly rely on guest ratings and want more than a single data point before booking
- Guests seeking a consistently high-quality experience, given the current 4/10 rating from one review
- Light sleepers or anyone sensitive to uncertainty around overall comfort, since the review sample is too small to confirm quietness or comfort levels
What to Expect
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, so you’ll want to time your arrival accordingly. The hotel’s setting on boulevard de la Grotte puts you within a short walk or easy trip of key Lourdes landmarks, including the Grotto of Massabielle and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Mornings can start with breakfast if you’re willing to pay the surcharge, and you can use luggage storage to keep things simple before heading out. With only one guest review available and a 4/10 score, expect a more cautious, basic experience rather than a strongly validated one.
