- Travelers who want to walk to Nice Old Town (about 1 km) for dining and sightseeing

- People who prefer having parking available while staying in Nice (where driving and parking can matter)
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who rely on consistently strong guest feedback, given the low 5.5/10 score from 8 reviews

What to Expect
You arrive at 9 Rue Alphonse Karr and settle into an air-conditioned furnished apartment that feels geared toward couples. The neighborhood is immediately appealing for a quick beach routine, with Plage du Centenaire just a short walk away and Plage Lido nearby. Mornings can start with a calm walk toward the coast, then you can head into Nice Old Town (around 1 km) for a change of pace. Overall, the stay is likely convenient and well-positioned, but the low review score suggests you should expect some risk in day-to-day comfort or service quality.
Location Intelligence
The location is a strong point for beach lovers: Plage du Centenaire (0.2 km) and Plage Lido (0.3 km) are very close, making it easy to go back and forth. Nice Old Town is about 1 km away, so you can reach key sights and restaurants on foot. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is roughly 7 km away, which should make transfers relatively straightforward.
