The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a photo identification will be requested on arrival. The name on the photo identification must match the guest's name.Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in.All requests for late arrival and early checkout are subject to confirmation by the property. The following surcharges apply for arrivals after check-in hours and departures before check-out hours:- Check-in from 21:00 to 24:00 – EUR 22- Check-in from 24:00 to 06:00 – EUR 44- Check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 – EUR 20- Check-in or Check-out on a public holiday – EUR 10Fees are cumulative.
