Should You Book 99 - Urban Fabulous 6 Bedrooms?

Best For
- Families needing more space with six bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for shared meals
- Groups traveling together who want a non-smoking, elevator-accessible base in central Paris
- Travelers comfortable with a no-parking stay who plan to use public transport and don’t need on-site parking
- Visitors who want relatively easy access to major sights like Sacré-Cœur (about 2 km) and the Louvre (about 2.5 km)
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who rely on consistently strong guest feedback, given the 5.6/10 rating from only 5 reviews
- Anyone who needs parking, since no parking is available
- Light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise should be cautious, since the provided information doesn’t confirm quiet conditions
What to Expect
Check-in would likely feel like arriving to a spacious, family-oriented setup with six bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen—more like a comfortable home base than a typical small hotel. The area is positioned for sightseeing, with major landmarks within a few kilometers, so you can plan walks or short trips toward Sacré-Cœur, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame. In the mornings, the routine would center on using the kitchen and heating while everyone gets ready before heading out. Reviews are mixed overall, and the low rating suggests that while the space may be appealing, other aspects may not have met expectations for some guests.
