Should You Book Maison ALIS 5 pièces 10 personnes à 100 mètres de la plage du Courégant?
Worth considering if you want a beach-close base in Ploemeur for a group, especially since it allows pets and has free parking. The 7.2/10 rating from only 4 reviews suggests a decent fit, but it’s not a proven standout—book with realistic expectations.
Best For
- Families or small groups up to 10 people who want space in a 5-room villa and easy beach access
- Pet owners looking for a stay that explicitly allows pets and includes a garden/terrace for downtime
- Travelers who prefer driving and want free parking on-site rather than relying on public transport
- Outdoor-minded guests who want nearby options for hiking and day trips to Fort Bloqué and the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly
Not Ideal For
- Light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise, since the only confirmed advantage is proximity to the beach and no quietness details are provided
- Travelers who need lots of review reassurance, given the rating is based on just 4 reviews
- Guests who want a more centralized city-center experience, since the known draw is a residential beach area rather than major attractions within walking distance
What to Expect
You arrive at 17 rue Cassard and quickly feel the appeal of being about 100 meters from Plage du Courégant, making it easy to step out for sea air whenever you want. The villa setup with a garden and terrace suits relaxed downtime after beach time, and the non-smoking rooms and heating help with comfort across the stay. In the mornings, you can keep the routine simple: coffee, a quick walk toward the shoreline, then plan day trips. With a 7.2/10 rating from only four reviews, the stay likely feels solid and convenient, but it may not deliver the consistently high experience some travelers expect.
Location Intelligence
The standout location advantage is the very short walk to Plage du Courégant, which makes beach days effortless. For broader sightseeing, Fort Bloqué is about 4 km away, while Keroman Submarine Base is around 8 km and the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly is about 7 km. Lorient South Brittany Airport is roughly 7 km, which can simplify arrivals if you’re flying.
