Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 08:00-11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 (20:00 in high season) Saturday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Check-in is available until 20:00 on Saturdays and every day in high season. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that the indoor swimming pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 to 19:00. WiFi access in the accommodations has to paid on site with a Mastercard or a Visa card. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. The the end-of-stay cleaning is not included for long stay reservations (7 nights or more). Guests need to clean by themselves or a cleaning fee will be charged at check-out. A cleaning of the accommodations (kitchen excluded) can be booked at the property at the reception or before stay with the reservation department. Please contact the property for more information.You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels
