Reception hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In case of arrival after 7:00 pm, guests are kindly requested to contact the reception in advance. Rates include accommodations, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel per person), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, bed linen, basic Wi-Fi access for up to five devices (for web browsing and emails), and all taxes and fees except the tourist tax. From mid-June to mid-September, rates also include free access to the residence’s outdoor heated swimming pool. Beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person, regardless of the length of stay. The location of the accommodations may be reserved immediately after booking by contacting the property and is subject to availability and an additional charge. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees; any modification may also incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
