Rsquared (Riviera Residence), Aghia Marina

Rsquared (Riviera Residence) is a calm base in Aghia Marina, Greece, suited to travelers who want an easy rhythm of beach time and downtime. The property sits at 18 Ταξιαρχών, where you can step out toward the shoreline and return to a quieter, residential feel. Guests consistently rate the stay 9/10 based on three reviews, with visitors highlighting the practical comfort and the way the apartment-style setup supports longer, self-paced days.

A big part of the appeal is the balance between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the day warms up, and the non-smoking environment makes it easier to relax without lingering odors. Outside, you can unwind by the outdoor pool and use the pool sun loungers, while beach umbrellas make it simpler to settle in for long stretches near the water.

For days when you don’t want to plan every meal, the presence of a fully equipped kitchen lets you cook at your own pace rather than relying on restaurants for every stop. If you prefer to keep things active, the exercise/lap pool is there for a quick workout before breakfast.

The surrounding area is anchored by Aghia Marina Beach (about 0.5 km) and Kritikos Beach (about 1 km), so you can switch between swimming and walking without long transfers. For sightseeing beyond the coast, the Temple of Poseidon is roughly 15 km away, and Vouliagmeni Beach is around 10 km from the residence. This makes Rsquared a strong pick for couples and families who value a beach-near stay with practical on-site comforts.
