Spectacular villa near the beach! is a private-stay option in Agia Paraskevi, Greece, set on an unnamed street in the Loutra Agias Paraskevis area. Guests have rated the property 10/10 across five reviews, which points to consistent satisfaction with the stay experience rather than one-off good luck. Travelers mention the comfort of having a dedicated villa setup and the ease of coming and going, supported by express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out.

If you’re planning day trips, you’ll find the Thermal Springs of Agia Paraskevi roughly 2 km away, and Loutra Beach is about 1–1.5 km from the property, giving you multiple ways to spend time outdoors. For anyone who prefers to drive rather than rely on public transport, the free parking and discounted offsite parking rates can simplify logistics.

Non-smoking rooms and air conditioning help keep the interior comfortable, while family rooms and a safety deposit box add everyday practicality. Overall, the villa is best for travelers who want beach access, a private outdoor setup, and a flexible, road-trip-friendly base in Agia Paraskevi.
