Valenthia, Agios Ioannis Pelio

Valenthia is a villa-style stay in Agios Ioannis Pelio, Greece, suited to travelers who want space and a calmer pace while still being close to the coast. The property sits at street 5, and its layout is geared toward groups that appreciate having room to spread out, with multiple bedrooms and more than one living area for shared time without constant crowding. Air conditioning helps take the edge off warm days, and luggage storage makes arrivals and departures smoother when you’re touring Pelion. If you’re traveling with family members, the family-room setup can be easier to manage, and pets are allowed, which is a deciding factor for many guests. Reviews are limited, but the overall guest rating of 6.7/10 from three reviews suggests a mixed experience, so it’s wise to set expectations carefully and confirm what matters most to you.

For nearby planning, Agios Ioannis Beach is about 1 km away, making it practical for quick swims and sunset walks. If you’re looking for scenery beyond the shoreline, Pelion mountain viewpoints and local trail access points are roughly 6–8 km from the villa, and day trips to Tsagarada (around 18 km) or Milies (about 22 km) fit well into a relaxed itinerary. There’s also a shared lounge/TV area on-site for downtime between outings, plus outdoor furniture for lingering outside when the weather is kind. Based on the limited feedback and the property’s character, Valenthia is best for couples or small groups who want a self-contained base, families needing flexible space, and pet owners prioritizing location near the beach over a high volume of services.
