Villa Roxa Montuoso, Agios Leon

Villa Roxa Montuoso is a family-friendly stay in Agios Leon, Greece, set up for travelers who want calm days and straightforward access to Zakynthos’ highlights. The address is in Agios Leon, where the setting suits guests looking for a quieter base rather than a busy resort strip. With a strong guest rating of 9.4/10 from 14 reviews, the property is repeatedly described as a comfortable choice for groups and families who value practical comforts and a relaxed pace.

Rooms are non-smoking and air-conditioned, which helps when you’re returning from beach time in warmer weather. A terrace adds an easy spot to slow down, while family rooms make it simpler to keep everyone together. Practical services also matter here: offsite parking with discounted rates is available, and the hotel can arrange car hire or a shuttle service for an additional charge, so you’re not limited to one way of getting around.

Guests frequently mention feeling reassured by the safety approach, including staff adherence to local safety protocols and hand sanitizer in key areas. If you’re planning day trips, Keri Beach is about 7 km away and the Blue Caves are roughly 20 km from Agios Leon, both well suited to a coastal itinerary. For a longer outing, the turtle beaches around Gerakas (about 30 km) and the Marathonisi area (about 32 km) are popular targets.

Best for families and small groups who want a quiet Zakynthos base with air-conditioned comfort, a terrace for downtime, and help arranging transport to the island’s most famous natural sights.
