Edem Beachfront Luxury Villa, Agios Nikolaos

Edem Beachfront Luxury Villa is set in Amoudara, Agios Nikolaos, Greece, where the coastline and the town’s harbour life sit close together. The villa’s beachfront position in the Amoudara area puts you within roughly a kilometre of Ammoudara Beach, while Lake Voulismeni and Agios Nikolaos Port are about 2 km away for easy sightseeing and evening strolls. If you’re arriving by car, offsite parking with discounted rates available helps reduce the usual hassle of finding space in a popular coastal neighbourhood. Inside, air conditioning keeps the villa comfortable when the Cretan sun is at its strongest, and soundproof rooms are a practical touch for lighter sleepers. A private terrace and BBQ facilities make it easy to plan relaxed meals at your own pace, rather than fitting dinner into a fixed restaurant schedule. The swimming pool is the obvious daytime draw, giving you a simple alternative to the beach when you want a quieter reset. Luggage storage and a safety deposit box add day-to-day convenience, while an ironing service and car hire support longer stays and active itineraries. One guest review has rated the property 7/10, so it’s best approached as a calm, self-directed base rather than a universally top-scoring choice. For couples seeking privacy, families who want space to spread out, or solo travellers who prefer beach time with town options nearby, Edem Beachfront Luxury Villa suits travellers who value outdoor living and straightforward access to Agios Nikolaos’ highlights.
