Filia Home, Agios Nikolaos

Filia Home is a spacious apartment in Agios Nikolaos, Greece, suited to travelers who want room to spread out while staying close to the town’s waterfront rhythm. Located at 6 Sarolidi, it places you within a short drive of Ammoudi Beach (about 1.7 km) and Almiros Beach (about 2 km), so beach days can stay spontaneous rather than planned weeks ahead. The layout is built around everyday comfort, with family-friendly space and the practicality of a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast, snacks, or simple dinners at home. Air conditioning helps keep interiors comfortable during warmer hours, and free wired internet is useful for checking plans or staying in touch. Guests also note the calm, non-smoking environment across the property, which matters for those traveling with children or anyone sensitive to smoke. A balcony adds a place to pause after a swim or an evening walk, and the sea-facing setting is a recurring highlight in guest feedback. With a guest rating of 9.4/10 from 17 reviews, the strongest signals are consistent: hosts who make arrival easy, a comfortable base for multiple days, and a layout that works well for more than two people. For couples, it’s a relaxing base for slow mornings and short trips to Lake Voulismeni (around 2 km) and Agios Nikolaos Port (about 2 km). For families, it’s especially appealing because it supports in-between beach and town time without feeling cramped. If you’re planning to explore the area, the available shuttle service and airport transfer options can take some of the logistics off your plate.
