Nadine 1, Agios Nikolaos

Nadine 1 is a straightforward stay in Agios Nikolaos, Greece, placed on Δημοκρατίας 77, a practical address for people who want to base themselves in town. The property suits solo explorers and couples who prefer an easy routine: you can check in using the private and express options, then head out on foot to the harbour and the lake area. The guest rating is 7/10 based on a single review, so it’s best approached as a quieter, low-key option rather than a widely tested favourite.

From here, Lake Voulismeni is about 1 km away, and the Agios Nikolaos Port is also roughly 1 km, making it simple to plan short walks for morning coffee or evening views. If you’re building a day trip, Spinalonga Island is around 10 km from Agios Nikolaos, typically reached via the port area.

Inside, the focus is on comfort and basic reliability. Air conditioning helps with warm Crete days, and the hotel’s non-smoking policy keeps shared spaces more comfortable. Practical touches like luggage storage make it easier to arrive before your plans are fully set, while the staff’s express check-in/check-out can save time when your schedule is tight. Cleaning standards are described as effective against Coronavirus, and rooms are disinfected between stays, which matters for travellers who are cautious about hygiene.

Overall, Nadine 1 works best for travellers who want a town base with quick access to Agios Nikolaos’ waterfront atmosphere, and who value streamlined check-in and dependable comfort over resort-style facilities.
