NEW elegant roof apartment, Akharnaí

NEW elegant roof apartment is a self-catered stay in Akharnaí, Greece, aimed at travelers who want space, privacy, and an easy base for day trips around Athens. The apartment is on Τριών Ναυάρχων (14 Τριών Ναυάρχων), and the roof setting gives it a quieter feel than many street-level options, while still keeping you within reach of major venues. It suits couples who like a little extra room, but it’s also a strong fit for families thanks to the availability of family rooms and the practical layout for longer stays.

Recent guests rate the experience highly, with reviewers highlighting how smooth the stay feels from arrival to departure and how responsive the host is. People also mention that the apartment works well for groups who want to unwind indoors, with board games and puzzles available for low-key evenings. Air conditioning is a clear plus for warmer days, and the non-smoking policy helps keep the space comfortable for everyone.

For planning your days, you can pair local neighborhood time with bigger sights nearby. The Mall Athens is about 8 km away for shopping and casual dining, while Olympic Stadium (OAKA) is roughly 10 km from the apartment. Helexpo – Maroussi sits at about 10 km, and the Goulandris Natural History Museum is around 7 km, making it straightforward to mix culture with errands.

If you’re traveling for business, the private check-in/check-out and express service can save time, but the overall setup is equally appealing for solo explorers who prefer a calm, independent base rather than a hotel routine.
