1BD SV Beach Condo with Pool, Athens

1BD SV Beach Condo with Pool is a 4-star condo stay in Athens, Greece, suited to travelers who want a quieter coastal base while still reaching the city’s highlights. Located at Naisikas 32, it’s a practical choice for couples and solo explorers who like to balance beach time with cultural days, and it’s also a sensible option for small groups seeking a bit more space than a hotel room. Guests typically mention the calm, residential feel and the comfort of air conditioning after time outdoors. The pool and terrace are the standout downtime features, giving you a place to unwind without needing to travel far each day. Soundproof rooms help cut down on outside noise, which reviewers often appreciate when they’re planning early starts for sightseeing. On check-in and check-out, express service and luggage storage reduce friction, especially if your plans involve late arrivals or day trips. From here, Athens’ major sights are reachable by a short ride: the Acropolis and Parthenon are about 8 km away, while Panathenaic Stadium sits around 9 km from the property. For a more waterfront-focused outing, Alimos Beach is roughly 1.5–2 km away, and Flisvos Marina is about 6 km, making it easy to mix sea views with marina strolls. Reviewers also commonly note that the area supports a relaxed pace, and that discounted offsite parking and car hire options make it simpler to explore beyond central Athens. If you’re looking for a luxury-leaning, beach-adjacent stay with a pool and a terrace, this condo fits the bill.
