Chic Urban living in Exarchia is an apartment-style stay in Athens, Greece, set on Themistokleous 16 in the Exarchia area where local life feels close and the city’s energy is part of the experience. The layout is designed for everyday comfort, with two bedrooms plus a patio and a balcony that give you a little outdoor breathing space between outings. Air conditioning helps you settle in after a warm day of walking, and free wired internet is useful for planning routes or keeping in touch. Non-smoking rooms and non-smoking throughout are in place for guests who prefer a fresher indoor environment, and private check-in and check-out add a smoother arrival and departure rhythm. The property also notes family rooms, which can make it easier for groups who want to stay together.

In terms of location, you’re within a short reach of key central sights, including the Acropolis Museum at about 2.8 km and the Acropolis and Parthenon around 3 km, so you can base yourself here without feeling stuck in the far edges of the city. Syntagma Square is roughly 2.2 km away for major transport connections and classic Athens promenades.

With a guest rating of 8/10 from a single review, the feedback base is small, but the score suggests a generally positive impression. Expect a practical, city-focused stay rather than a resort-style retreat, and consider it best for solo explorers and couples who want to live in the neighbourhood atmosphere while still being able to reach Athens’ top landmarks by a mix of walking and short rides.
