The room is non-smoking, and the property is non-smoking throughout, which many guests appreciate for a fresher indoor feel. A shared kitchen and luggage storage add day-to-day convenience, especially for longer stays or for families who prefer simple in-house routines. On-site, there’s a terrace with outdoor furniture for a slower morning or an evening wind-down, and board games/puzzles can help keep downtime pleasant when you’re traveling with children.

Reviewers commonly mention the quiet atmosphere and the sense of being looked after, including that guest rooms are disinfected between stays and staff follow local safety protocols. For context, Olympic Stadium (OAKA) is about 5.4 km away, while the Plaka District is roughly 7.2 km from the address; the Acropolis sits around 7.0 km out. That makes this a workable choice for solo explorers and couples who plan to use Athens’ sights as day trips, and for families who want space to reset at the end of the day.
