Cute full apt w/backyard in Paleo Faliro, Athens

Cute full apt w/backyard in Paleo Faliro is a self-contained apartment in Athens, Greece, designed for travelers who want a quieter base while still reaching the city’s highlights. Located at 16 Δημοκρατίας in the Paleo Faliro area, it suits guests who prefer privacy over hotel corridors, with private check-in/check-out to keep arrival smooth. The apartment’s air conditioning helps take the edge off warm days, and non-smoking policies throughout make it a better fit for sensitive guests. Families and small groups also benefit from the space and the option of family rooms, while pets are allowed if you’re traveling with a companion.

Guests typically mention the backyard as the standout everyday luxury: it’s the kind of outdoor breathing space that lets you slow down between beach outings and sightseeing. That matters here because the neighborhood is close to the coast, including Edem Beach (about 1 km) and the Flisvos Marina area (around 1.5–1.6 km), where you can plan an easy walk or an unhurried evening by the water. For major culture, the Acropolis Museum is roughly 7 km away, and the Acropolis of Athens is within about 7.5 km, so day trips are straightforward.

With a 9.3/10 guest rating from just a few reviews, the feedback leans toward comfort and practicality rather than spectacle. Multiple guests have highlighted the convenience of a full apartment setup and the calm feeling of having your own outdoor space. Staff follow local safety protocols, and guest rooms are disinfected between stays, which adds reassurance for repeat visitors and first-timers alike.
