David Place Apartment, Athens

David Place Apartment is a well-reviewed base in Athens, Greece, suited to travelers who want space to regroup between city outings. Set on Αγλαονίκης (10 Αγλαονίκης), the apartment’s standout is its practical comfort: air conditioning helps you reset after warm afternoons, and the non-smoking setup keeps the indoor atmosphere fresh. Reviewers give it a 9.7/10 score across a small set of stays, with comments pointing to smooth day-to-day hosting and a layout that works for both downtime and simple meal routines. The kitchen area is a key part of that experience, letting you handle breakfast or light dinners at your own pace rather than building every day around restaurant schedules. Location matters here, because major landmarks are close enough for repeated visits: the Acropolis Museum is about 2 km away, the Acropolis itself is roughly 2 km, and the Panathenaic Stadium is also around 2 km. Temple of Olympian Zeus sits at a similar distance, so you can plan a route that strings together monuments without long gaps in the itinerary. For couples, it’s an easygoing city base; for families, it’s the kind of apartment stay that supports everyday rhythm while still keeping Athens’ highlights within reach. If you want to explore on foot and return to a calm, controlled indoor environment, David Place Apartment fits the bill.
