Ermou 44 - Studio - Acropolis view is a 3-star studio in Athens, Greece, set on Ermou Street on the 5th floor, making it a smart base for travelers who want the city’s sights within easy reach. The studio is designed for practical stays, with air conditioning for warm afternoons and a terrace where you can take in the Acropolis view and slow down after a day of walking. Guests also have free wired internet and Internet access, which helps if you need to check plans, upload photos, or coordinate arrival times. Because it’s a non-smoking property, it suits visitors who prefer a fresher indoor environment.

In terms of location, the big draw is proximity to the historic core: the Acropolis and Parthenon are about 1 km away, while the Ancient Agora is roughly 2 km, so you can plan mornings around major monuments and still be back quickly for a rest. Many guests mention the appeal of being able to step out into Athens’ central streets for casual meals and shopping, and they often highlight the value of having a terrace view rather than just a window facing another building.

Reviewers commonly describe the studio as straightforward and comfortable for shorter stays, particularly for solo explorers and couples who want independence. If you’re planning a trip around the Acropolis, Plaka, and the surrounding neighborhoods, this is the kind of place where you can keep your itinerary flexible without relying on taxis for every leg of the day.
