F23, Athens

F23 is a soundproofed stay in Athens, Greece, set at 23 Falirou, a practical base for getting to the city’s main sights without long commutes. With a guest rating of 9.1/10 from 105 reviews, it’s the kind of place travelers tend to describe as calm indoors while the neighbourhood buzzes outside. The apartments are air conditioned, which matters in Athens’ warmer months, and the non-smoking environment is a plus for guests who prefer cleaner indoor air. Families often look for flexibility, and the property’s family rooms and express check-in/check-out help reduce friction when you’re juggling schedules. Couples also tend to appreciate the quieter setup: soundproof rooms are specifically called out by guests who want rest after sightseeing.

Location is a standout. The Acropolis Museum is about 0.3 km away, and the Parthenon sits roughly 0.8 km from the address, so early starts and evening walks are easy to plan. From here you can also reach the Acropolis area on foot, then continue through central neighbourhoods like Plaka, where the streets feel distinctly old Athens.

Reviewers commonly mention that the check-in process feels smooth thanks to private check-in/check-out, and that the option of a shuttle service (for an additional charge) takes the stress out of airport transfers. If you’re visiting for history and want a quieter, comfortable base with straightforward arrival, F23 suits solo explorers, couples, and families who plan to spend their days walking between landmarks.
