Fresh&comfy4family & friends is a practical base for stays in Athens, Greece, with the kind of layout that suits groups who want to stay together and keep daily routines simple. Set on Proklou in the central city area, it’s well placed for car-free sightseeing, with the Syntagma Square buzz about 1 km away and the Acropolis Museum roughly 1.5 km from your door. If you’re planning day trips on foot, the National Garden (around 1.2 km) is a welcome breather between museum visits and evening meals.

The apartment-style setup works especially well for families and friends traveling together, because it supports a home-like rhythm rather than a strictly hotel-only schedule. The property is non-smoking throughout, which can matter for guests sensitive to indoor odors.

On the guest side, the overall rating of 7.4/10 from two reviews suggests a stay that’s generally comfortable, with travelers likely valuing the straightforward, functional approach for group trips. Expect a no-fuss experience rather than a heavily serviced one, and plan to lean on the surrounding neighborhood for restaurants and nightlife.

For landmark days, you can reach the Acropolis area in about 1.8 km, and the Ancient Agora is around 2.1 km, making it realistic to mix major sights with slower neighborhood wandering.
