Luxury Maisonette with Shared Pool, Athens

Luxury Maisonette with Shared Pool is a family-friendly base in Athens, Greece, set at 119 Kremou in the city’s Koukaki area. The standout for many guests is the balance of privacy and shared space: you get a maisonette layout while still having access to a shared exercise/lap pool for an easy reset after a day out. Air conditioning helps when Athens heats up, and free wired internet makes it practical for planning visits or keeping in touch. Non-smoking rooms and non-smoking throughout suit travellers who prefer cleaner indoor air, and family rooms make it easier for groups of different ages to stay together.

Location matters here. Filopappos Hill is about 1 km away, giving you a quick path to viewpoints and a calmer pace than the busiest streets. The Acropolis Museum sits roughly 2 km from the property, and the Acropolis area is similarly close, so early entry plans and late-afternoon strolls are straightforward. Guests with 9.6/10 reviews often mention that check-in is smooth within the stated window and that the apartment feels comfortable enough to return to between outings.

Expect a stay that suits couples who want a quieter Athens neighbourhood, families who appreciate room to spread out, and solo explorers who like walking between major sights. With covered parking and discounted offsite parking rates available, it’s also a sensible choice for travellers arriving by car who still want to explore on foot.
