Lycabettus view apartment, Athens

Lycabettus view apartment is a practical Athens, Greece base for travelers who want city access without giving up a calmer moment at home. Located on Ηλία Ποταμιάνου 18, it suits guests who like to start the day with a quick walk to major sights and then return to a terrace for a slower end to the afternoon. Reviews from past guests commonly mention the apartment’s comfortable indoor climate thanks to air conditioning, which helps when Athens gets warm. Others highlight the terrace as a real bonus for families and couples, especially when you want somewhere to sit outside without heading back out.

For sightseeing, the Museum of Cycladic Art is about 0.9 km away, while Syntagma Square is roughly 1.6 km, making it easy to mix museums, politics, and people-watching in the same day. Panathenaic Stadium is around 1.7 km, and the National Garden sits at about 1.4 km for a green break between routes. Guests also tend to appreciate that the apartment includes free wired internet and internet access, which comes in handy for remote work or keeping everyone connected.

Because parking is not available, this is best planned as a car-free stay or for travelers arriving by public transport and walking. Families with children are welcome, and the layout works well for small groups that want independence rather than hotel routines. Solo explorers and couples can also find it a comfortable, low-friction option for building an Athens itinerary around short, manageable distances.
