Modern 3BR Maisonette with garden 10 min from Acropolis, Athens

Modern 3BR Maisonette with garden 10 min from Acropolis is a three-bedroom Athens base designed for groups who want space, privacy, and an outdoor reset after time in the city. Set at 3 Karaiskaki, the maisonette suits travelers who prefer a home-like rhythm over hotel corridors, with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen that make breakfast and light meals easy. The Japanese garden is a standout for unwinding, and air conditioning helps keep the apartment comfortable during warmer days. Free wired internet is also useful for planning routes or handling work between museum visits.

Guests rate the stay highly for the balance of location and calm, with multiple reviewers mentioning that it feels quieter than central Athens while still being close enough for an easy walk to major sights. One common theme in feedback is the practicality of having three bedrooms for families or small groups, especially when everyone can spread out rather than share one common sleeping area. The non-smoking setup is appreciated by travelers who want a fresher indoor environment, and pets are allowed, which can matter for those traveling with companions.

From here, you can reach the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum in about 10–15 minutes on foot, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus is similarly close. The Ancient Agora is also within a short walk, giving you a straightforward route through Athens’ historic core. Best for families, friends, and longer-stay travelers who want a garden moment and a kitchen, without sacrificing access to the Acropolis area.
